After the National ERG Conference, Saturday (Sept. 12th) was all about ERG's Day of Service. ERG members signed up for various volunteer activities for the day to give back to the community. The biggest volunteer event was supporting the American Heart Association's Dallas Heart Walk. The goal of the walk was to raise $6 million. Major corporations participated in the Dallas Heart Walk such as 7-ELEVEN, Staples, Ericsson, Walgreens, JP Morgan and of course AT&T! AT&T employees and ERG members who were in Dallas for the weekend proudly walked the course through Dallas' city center. The streets were adorned with blue and orange AT&T colors as AT&T employees proudly walk for a good cause. All of our APCA Washington board members who were in Dallas participated in the walk. It was a beautiful day to be out supporting a wonderful cause. Thank you volunteers!
