Besides APCA National Scholarships, APCA Washington Chapter awards scholarships specifically to Washington State students to make a difference in our local community. Through last year's fund raising efforts, APCA Washington is proud to be able to award three $1000 scholarships. This year's Washington scholars are Melanie Chen from Bellevue, Olga Andreeva from Issaquah and Anthony Creasy from Sequim.
